Warranty repairs - you are responsible for inbound shipping, your repaired item will be returned to you at no cost.

Out of warranty repairs - you are responsible for all shipping cost

• Clean & check with firmware update (No disassembly) - $75.00

• Point and shoot camera minimum labor $75.00

• G-Series camera minimum labor - $75.00

• Mirrorless camera minimum labor - $100.00

• Lenses minimum labor - $75.00

• Video camera  minimum labor $75.00

• *Most items are repaired within 1-2.5 hours

• We no longer repair digital video recorders

• Pricing is model specific

• Part pricing is based on Panasonic’s suggested retail price.

• Estimate will be provided at our minimum labor rate plus applicable taxes, and will be deducted from the total cost of repair.
• The shipping cost will be extra.
