Warranty repairs - you are responsible for inbound shipping, your repaired item will be returned to you at no cost.

Out of warranty repairs - you are responsible for all shipping cost

• Point and shoot camera- $60/hour

• Mirrorless camera - $75/hour

• Lenses - $75/hour

• Video camera - $75/hour

• *Most items are repaired within 1-2 hours

• Flat Rate Labor Charge $450.00 + Parts

• Pricing is model specific

• Part pricing is based on Panasonic’s suggested retail price.

• Estimate will be provided at a cost of $50.00 plus applicable taxes and will be deducted from the total cost of repair.
• The shipping cost will be extra.
